How can we make a legal product illegal to use,in the fashion it was designed for? It can be purchased in a store without a doctors note, but yet can not consumed anywhere in public? What is this government (we the people) trying to do? This is a choice issue (not that type of choice, but almost as heated) If the owner of and establishment chooses to allow smoking that is his choice, he knows his business and his customer and if I choose to go to an establishment that allows Smoking then that is my choice to be if a gray room. However if I do not want to be in a gray room but still want to go to that place of business I, not the business owner needs to make another choice, do I want to stand in a smoky haze or do I want to go somewhere else and breath clean air and if enough people decide not to go to the establishment because of the smoke it is the business owners problem to fix not the Governments.

If we get this ban passed our Fast Food, Fast cars, our vast prosperity will be next slowly chipping away at our freedoms.

When do we just get to decide for our selves?
